Everything you need to recreate Zoë Foster Blake's Neon makeup look

Leave it up to Zoë Foster Blake to completely nail the neon makeup trend. On Friday, Zoë put our post-work makeup touch-ups to shame with an epic Euphoria-inspired masterpiece. Embracing neon in all its OTT glory, Zoë paired a stunning pink smokey eye with her trademark zo-glow and we needed to find out how we could recreate this one ourselves.

RELATED: How to rock the neon makeup trend without looking OTT
Before
Zoë shows off her flawless skin, totally natural save for a light tan and some thickening lash extensions. Turns out one girls “dull face” is another girl's skin goals. The theme for the evening is ‘Never Too Much’, meaning it’s time to get creative.
The prep
Zoë begins with the all-important prep. Starting with an oil cleanser to “remove makeup and plump skin”. She follows with her skincare routine, which we can safely assume consists of some of her favourite Go-To Skincare products. Properly Clean to deeply cleanse, a couple of drops of Face Hero for a dewy complexion, Very Useful Face Cream for long-lasting hydration and Transformazing Sheet Mask for instantly plump and glowing skin. She also primes in this step, most likely using her favourite MECCA MAX Bring On Bright Illuminating Primer.

MECCA MAX Bring On Bright Illuminating Primer (mecca.com.au, $20)
The palette
Next up is the hero product: the MECCA MAX Sugar Queen Eye and Face Palette. This stunning palette features 15 oversized pigments for the eyes, cheek and highlight. With a mix of neutrals, mattes and metallic shades, this palette isn't just for bright makeup - there are also a few more wearable shades for when you’re feeling less experimental. At only $38, this one’s a steal.

The eyes
Clearly Zoë has worked wonders with the palette, creating a soft, smokey hot pink masterpiece. She’s also added some subtle black eyeliner on her tightline to make the look pop. She’s filled her brows to make them look extra fluffy, using her holy-grail brow pencil, Hourglass Arch Sculpting Pencil, locking them into place with the Hourglass Arch Brow Volumizing Fiber Gel.

The base
Now we get a good look at the rest of the makeup, which is consistent with Zoë’s signature natural, dewy glow. It is quite similar to the base she wore for the 2019 Logie awards, and luckily for us, her makeup artist Serena Wylie spilled the beans on the products used.
Serena used Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation for a radiant complexion and YSL Touche Éclat Radiant Touch as a concealer. To enhance the glow, she mixed in some Marc Jacobs Beauty Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter with the foundation. For blush and bronzing, NARS Blush in Orgasm was used on the apple of the cheeks, and YSL Les Sahariennes Bronzing Stones were used sparingly on the cheekbones for a subtle glow. As the final step for a natural-looking highlight, Serena opted for the MECCA COSMETICA Enlightened Lit From Within Illuminating Balm on the high points of Zoë’s face.

The finishing touches
Zoë’s finishing touches include an on-trend pink headband, a cute pair of silver earrings and a hot pink gloss. She’s also made her hair look extra lush and shiny with the ghd glide, which she’s raved about before saying it's perfect for looking “groomed, neat and smooth”. This look is so fitting for the Never Too Much theme, but it would also be perfect for a girl’s night out or even date night if you’re feeling risqué.

Hello everyone, I am proud to testify this testimony. i saw a post on how a lady got her husband back and i decided to try the spell caster that helped her because my relationship was crashing. although i never believed in spell work i reluctantly tried him because i was desperate but to my greatest surprise the spell caster Dr Ayoola helped me get my husband back after 5 month of divorce and my relationship is now perfect just as he promised, my husband now treats me like a queen even when he had told me before he doesn't love me anymore. well, i cannot say much but if you are passing through difficulties in your relationship contact him on his email: drayoolasolutionhome@gmail.com or website : https://drayoolasolutionhome.com/ or text him on whatsapp: +31684065675

Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation is one of my fave foundations! I love the smooth consistency, perfect colour match to my skintone and how the formula feels like it just blends effortlessly onto my skin to give a flawless and natural look!

I commented earlier that I didn’t think this look would suit me, but I’ve changed my mind. I just bought the Urban Decay Naked Cherry palette and WOW I love it! The colours really make my blue eyes pop.

I got a free sample of this Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation at David Jones shade #7.5. It has a nice consistency and easily applied with my oval brush. I found that it gave a light to medium coverage which I had to build up to cover up some spider veins in my cheeks. Throughout the day my foundation looked fresh and only at the end of the day did I notice some shine in my T-zone. This is a lightweight foundation which I really liked but I find the price abit too high compared to other brands.

I think I need to be Zoë Foster Blake to create or pull off this look. Besides, I think this pink would clash with the dark magenta in my hair ;-)

As much as I like pink (and I do when it comes to makeup because it suits me better than warmer tones), even I doubt I could pull this off. Zoë looks pretty good though.

I love the eye makeup. I have grey/green eyes and fair skin, so pink shades look good on me :)

If the theme was "Never Too Much," then I'd have amped it up a bit! Where are the wings on her eyeliner? What about false lashes?
I'd probably have gone to that event looking like a drag queen, haha!

Not a fan of the headband either. I feel like she could have done more with the eye look honestly, it just looks like she applied pink to the lid and blended it out. There were so many other colours and finishes she could have used to create dimension in her eye makeup.

It doesn't look neon to me, but she looks great with the monochromatic pink look.

I probably would have gone a lighter pink on the eyes, otherwise beautiful.

I love the pink eyeshadow, and contrary to what some others have said, I would have worn it to work (I don't work now). However, I would not wear that much blush, bronzer or highlighter on my cheeks.
