A great lip stain!
I was given this lip/cheek stain as a gift. It is not a product I would have ever chosen for myself, so I was interested to give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised with this product! I like a small amount of it on my lips to just give them a little colour. It lasts a long time on the lips and is easy to apply! I don’t really like using it on my cheeks, I find it dries too quickly and is very difficult to blend out. I’m not really a “pink” person, so I would like to try the other shades as well!

unusual but so nice!
Love!!! I have the other 3 benefit tints, and this is my new favourite! I love the other tints a lot too, but this one is lovely! I was worried it might be too purple tons, but it's more of a dusty mauve when applied on the cheeks. Also looks lovely on the lips :) I apply all the benefit tints with the real techniques contour brush- you get a smoother finish and don't stain your fingers.

Great cheek stain
I got this to use as a lip stain, but it didnt really work for me, it was too light to stain my dark pigmented lips. Didnt have a good pigment at all. So I decided to use this as a blush, well that worked very well. Gives me a great, natural cheek stain. Doesnt look like im wearing blush at all, this is my go to blush when I'm going for a more natural look. Great cheek stain but this is not a good lip stain atleast for me..

A nice product, not worth the price
I prefer the Benefit Lollitint to the Benetint but find they share a lot of the same problems.
The packaging is really cute and easy to use.
The colour will stick to any dead skin on the lips so you HAVE to exfoliate first for a nice finish. I would highly recommend using this product over the top of a lip balm if you have dry lips. The colour will last through eating and drinking.
The formula dries too quickly for me to effectively blend it out as a blush so I stick to a lip tint. I can appreciate the idea of this product however it just does not work my dry lips.

Gorgeous on cheeks
I've been a huge fan of Benetint for many years. I love it as both a lip and cheek stain because it looks so natural. Lollitint is a nice variation and the lilac pink hue is so pretty for cheeks, but I don't like it at all as a lip stain. The lilac ruins it as a lip stain for me. It does look better with a gloss applied on top, but that kind of defeats the purpose of a lip stain - I'd rather just buy a similar coloured gloss.
I'll continue to use it as a cheek stain. Especially in the cooler months for that "ski bunny" look. It's really beautiful paired with a highlighter, like High Beam. Sadly though, my hope of another great multi use product doesn't come to fruition with Lollitint because the lips are a miss.

Lilac pink prettiness
I love the original benetint, but I think I love this more!
The colour is that perfect lilac purple pink that I have looked for in powder blush and still not been able to find.
I think this slightly thicker formula is easier to work with than original benetint.
Admittedly I do only tend to use this in winter when Im at my palest, but its still beautiful.
Very fair / pale skin
Anyone looking for a lilac cheek colour

A bit meh for me
I quite like the Benetint but I fin the consistency of this one harder to work with and not as good for colour pay off. If you can get a sample and give it a try on cheeks/lips a few times I would because it is pricey if you don't really love it.

Lovely but did not suit my skintone
I was so excited when this product came out because the slightly more purple than pink tint looked gorgeous on the models and sounded so lovely! Although the smell is wonderful, I don't feel like this shade suits my skintone. It's also a thicker consistency than other similar products like Benetint, which I found made it harder to blend for a more natural finish and I also feel like it dried quicker, meaning you have to work quite quickly to get it where you want it. Perhaps I just need a bit more practice and a lighter application. I really want to it work, so I'll try to stick at it.

Do not fear the purple!
I am not an out there person by any measure when it comes to makeup.
Sure I'll wear that bright coloured eyeliner but purple lips? Purple Cheeks? Seemed a little far fetched.
However, for some reason I was instantly drawn to this and had to purchase it!
Whether it be the cute pink purple foiled container or the name (come on lollitint? You have to own something with that name) I ordered this from Benefit and eagerly awaited it's arrival.
It definitely did not dissapoint. It is a purple shaded liquid jelly that definitely scared me a little. I gingerly applied it to my lips and smoothed it in and was blown away.
This cool shaded liquid transformed my lips into this beautiful natural tint. I looked like I had been biting my lips for an hour. The colour sunk in beautifully and lasted all day long.
Even if I used this purely forever as a lip only product I would never be disappointed and would hastily buy more the second I thought it would run out.
This however also works beautifully as a cheek stain. I apply with a stippling brush and it gives a beautiful sheer pale glow with a deep pink finish.
Candy Orchid is right. I love this!
There is no discernible smell once on the face and you can easily apply lipbalms over the top for extra moisture.
No transfer of my coffee cup so a definitely 10/10 for me.

Purple but amazing
If I won the lotto, the first thing I would do would to buy every product from benefit- its that great and this newest blush/ tint is no exception!
The lollitint was intimidating at first- I didn't think it would work for me- but the young lass applied some during a trial and I was blown away- time to step away from the mango, peaches and pinks into the orchid stained world!
The color is a candy- orchid stain- that initially looks quite purple but once it is blended into the skin it looks like a darker purple/ orchid that looks so lovely and fresh and original!
This tint comes in a container similar to a nail polish with a brush just the same as a nail polish. When removing from the container it is a bright thick creamy purple liquid! The best way for me to apply it is either on my fingers or a few dots on the cheek bones and I always use my fingers to blend and achieve the right glow/coverage. For me I find to start with a very small amount; blend and then apply If I need more. I find this is the best way otherwise if you put too much on it ends up very purple and vibrant- Its very easy to blend and smooth into the skin even with a small amount. With smaller amounts the color can be blended and it looks more of a purply-pink on my skin! At night you can apply more if needed.
The benefit lollitint is great as a blush smoothed in or a touch for a highlighter- for me I think the nicest effect is the blush!
The container of the product looks small - Do not be fooled- with a small amount- there is a lot in there- so it will last forever.
For me, to my fairer skin, this purple based orchid blends well, is fresh, original and leaves me with a glow! I love this product because you can wear it as a day blush, or dress it up for night time. It's great because it is build-able, and so wearable. I always get compliments when wearing this and how nice I look and it works well with a great bronzer too. You can apply it to your lips too and it matches your blush- (Tip- it can dry out your skin so maybe a little serum on the lips first to protect them).
The lolli tint lasts all day and has a great staying pigment!
I just love it as it leaves me with a fresh radiant look - that is new and original!

Difficult to blend
For a benefit fan girl, this product left me a bit disappointed. The colour of the tint is cool, but it doesn't suit me – that's ok, Fine, not every colour is going to suit everyone . What disappointed me most was the application – this stuff is hard to apply and not look patchy and given it's purple, if you get it wrong, you kind of look bruised.
The tint comes in a little nail polish type bottle, purple foil wrap so you can't see what's inside. You apply it with the brush and dab it on then blend out with your fingers –supposed to be for lips or cheeks but don't apply too much or it's way too intense in colour. Don't apply too little or it doesn't blend out. It's a thicker gel consistency over benetint and probably still a little thicker than posietint or chachatint.
I think I just found this product too hard to get to look even. On top of this, the colour not suiting my fair complexion just made it not for me. I think if you had dark or olive skin, this could look awesome but I would recommend you try it on in store before sinking your money into a purchase.

review, tried, tested, loved, lip stain,
Lollitint is the newest cheek & lip stain addition to the Benefit Cosmetics family with it's light pale pink colouring, this is a perfect shade for all ladies! It's definitely something different for me using liquid as a blush/highlighter on my cheeks, I have used a liquid bronzer before but that was many years ago when I wasn't aware of what I was doing.
The lollitint does come out look purple to start with when you apply onto your cheeks or lips but don't be alarmed or fooled, as it settles into your skin as more of a light pale pink.
I like having a bronzer on so for me using lollitint on my cheeks was more for at the top of my bronzer, where the eye socket bone kind of is. It's a very soft delicate colour and just the perfect blend in.
Then being this amazing multi-use product you can apply it to your lips as well. Lollitint not only gave my lips a stained pink shade it made them look more plump as well, I don't know if that's what it's also meant to do but that's what happened with me. Although the full stain colour didn't stay for the whole day for me as it said it should I really do think I have fallen in lip with lip stains now - I'm not much of a lipstick wearing person because of how easily it comes off and because I hate leaving marks on my daughter who gets smooched all the time from me! Lollitint is also great for being a lip product that doesn't mark and come out during those make out sessions haha!
Use a brush with this rather than finger to push into skin.
