Weekend indulgence: mini mani
Whether you're going out with friends, have a job interview, attending a special event, or simply going about your daily business, well-kept nails are essential. Go au natural with soft shades of baby pink or beige, or spice it up with a fuschia, bright yellow, or midnight blue.
How-to: mini mani
Preparation: Fill a bowl with some warm, soapy water, and clear a flat surface somewhere to act as your manicure station. Make sure you have all the tools you need (and something to do while your nails dry), so that you don't have to hunt around for anything mid-way through your mani.
Program: Soak your fingertips in some warm water, before applying some cuticle oil such as Manicare Cuticle Oil, and gently pushing your cuticles back.
File your nails to your preferred shape, and lightly buff them for a smooth finish.
Rinse your hands once again and dry them completely. Apply a thin layer of base coat to your nails, and follow with one to two coats of your favourite coloured polish.
Finish with a quick-dry top coat such as Mavala Switzerland Mavadry, and perfectly manicured hands will be yours!
How often do you do your nails or have them done?
