    If you are on of our lucky Platinum members, you will receive VIP early access to shop the Rewards Room! Platinum members will be able to check out from 10am with silver and gold members getting access from 11am.

    Sorry if this is a duplicate, every now and then comments disappear when submitting. I think I will save my points as nothing I need (want is another matter). I have lots of things to use up already, including from the last Rewards Room.

    Yeh, window shopping for me just became too hard with the issues with the site. I really wish the BH would address this. There has been so many comments and forum posts, I also sent them an email about it with no reply, so it is hard to believe that they would not be aware of the issues. Barely had a chance to see what is on offer. Too hard, will wait for the next one

    You are right. There are a lot of issues with the site and it takes too long to load a page.

    I’ve sent email about issues and haven’t received any replies either. I guess it might be due to the current times but either way I agree. It’s too hard to search, wait for the site to load and I keep getting those error messages.

    I've just got to the end of the list of products. Omg so many now on my wishlist. Next job - to cull back and sort out my favourites . I love that there are some Beautyheaven award winning products amongst them! Great opportunity to try some winners!
