She started out the year with a soft lavender mane before gradually moving towards sapphire blue. The result? Beautiful, mermaid-like hair (and a ton of jealousy on our part)

While I'm not a fan of brightly coloured hair usually, I must admit Nicole really looks great when she does it.

The other 2 ladies, wow, the shorter cuts really suit them

Beyonce's hair would look fine if it wasn't such a light shade of blonde. Blonde doesn't suit everyone, and she would look better with darker hair... Maybe light brown or brown with blonde highlights, but not blonde all over.

Kristen Stewart's hair looks cool in that photo. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lauren Conrad and Taylor Swift also got flatterring hair cuts. Scarlett Johansson's loose curls look nice, and while I'm not a huge fan of Kelly Osbourne's hair, it doesn't look that bad on her.

All the women are beautiful. I am not a fan of Beyoncé's hair colour and I think a darker shade would be more flattering ... but she has not asked for my opinion!

Love the change in Taylor Swift - I'm still hunting for that perfect OMG style for me.....I look almost gorgeous coming out of the salon but maintaining that gorgeousness is my challenge :) :)
