I've started writing a story on Wattpad about a female detective.
I've been doing a lot of research on body language (and law) in order to write this book and It got me thinking....People normally feel less threatened in a familiar environment.
So, if you were a cop, would you rather a person (who has been pulled over) got out of their car and walked to your car window (meaning you stayed in a familiar environment) or would you rather they stayed in their car and waited for you?
After all, I haven't seen many people talking to the police through the police car window.
