Bathe away fungal infections

Want to give that nasty-looking toenail fungus the flick? Soak your feet up to three times a day in an apple cider vinegar bath. The acidity of the vinegar will help to restore the pH levels that your nail fungus has put out of whack. Step up your attack plan by soaking a cotton ball in vinegar and applying directly to the nail fungus before bed too.

After soaking with ACV dry feet and apply Vicks Vapor rub on nails it works really well. Use daily for as long as necessary. Then once a week to maintain healthy nails.

Apple cider vinegar seems to be good for everything - a friend of mine use it as a toner and swears by it! She does have nice skin.

Now, whether this is an urban myth or not, I am not sure. I have not suffered a fungal infection so who am I to know. So please can someone debunk this one? Pee as a solution?!

Keeping it up is the thing that matters. I have a hard time repeating the process when I'm constantly on the go and barely have time to relax. Thanks for posting this up, and if any other ideas of how to get of it come up, PLEASE POST!!
