The worst things about getting ready in winter
If you like winter, kudos to you.
I, on the other hand find it very difficult to even function during the cold, wet and windy season #bringbacksummer. Just watch the video above, I’m sure you’ll relate to at least one of my pet peeves about the season.

Or if you’re more of a glass-half-full kind of person, I’ve managed to muster up a few positives to an otherwise detestable time of year...
#1 You don’t have to paint your toenails
Closed-toe shoes for the win! And if you’re really lazy when it comes to DIY mani-pedis, you can always just wear gloves and never paint your fingers either.
RELATED: How to make your pedi last longer
#2 Or shave your legs
Nobody has to know you’re hiding a shag rug underneath your jeans. Plus it adds an extra layer of warmth.

#3 Your handbag products won’t melt
This is especially good considering the amount of lip balms you carry to ward off chapped lips.
bh recommends: Bodyography Exfoliating Lip Duo, Revo Coconut Lip Balm and Blistex® Intensive Repair
#4 It is socially acceptable to have a coffee/tea in your hand at all times
Caffeine for president.
Are you a winter lover or a winter hater? What’s your favourite or least favourite thing about the season?

No, not a Winter fan at all! It's hard getting dressed when it's so cold in the mornings. Also, lost that Summer glow :(

I love my electric heated rug in winter. trouble is it is hard to get up in the morning , I just want to curl up around my bed . As soon as I come home I want to reach out for the electric rug once again

Hahah sigh! Missing a real winter! Cairns is lovely but I haven't had to cover my feet or legs at any stage this winter! At the most a little cardie or long sleeved top/ dress Haha

I don't like winter or summer so I'll take a nice spring or Autumn day anytime.

I love Winter! It's my favourite time to rug up and give myself a break from all that makeup I wear to work!

It's soup season for me, burning of endless candles and long hot baths. :)

It is so hard to get ready in winter. I always seem to get sick with the change of season.

Winter is the best for hot drinks, especially green tea!

There is only one thing I dislike about winter: having to walk out of places because they've got their infernal heater set to the temperature of lava! Sometimes I have to get off the bus & catch the one after it because the heaters are so unbearably hot.

I’m definitely a warmer weather kind of gal though our summers are getting pretty stifling of late...

It's more that I have to prepare for the weather by making sure I don't reach for pigmented lipsticks and use matte liquid lipsticks instead!

Yes can relate! I'm a winter hater. Getting changed is the worst. Also when you get your sleeves wet cos you forgot to roll them up when washing your hands. OMG the worst!!!

I hate having walking inside from the cold wrapped in all my layers, and then breaking out into a sweat. I have to use heavy deodorant all year round for this reason.

Winter in Sydney is not worth it because we suffer through the cold but never get rewarded with snow. What a downer. I survive by guzzling pipping hot tea all day.
