I have heard of these kind of things but only just recently. Don’t know anything about them though.

Deb, it's lovely to see you give another presentation for the camera - particularly on a subject that many people would be shy to talk about.

Very good video, well presented on a tricky subject. Traffic lights are a good place to practice pelvis work. I've had 4 kids, but all c-sections, don't really have that problem, but it is good to know.

Great video... Yoni eggs are also great and better as they are crystals rather than silicone...

Thanks for the informative video, Deb. You've prompted me to get my balls out of the cupboard and start using them.

Deb I’m so glad you this video. I have the fun factory one since the 10 years BH celebration. I haven’t opened it yet worried not knowing what I’m supposed to do with it. Now I have complete knowledge and I’m hoping to use it tonight itself. However, as stupid as this may sound I’m still unsure if the both parts get inserted. Haha I’ll try it and will put feedback on.

Unless I missed something, the question "did they work" was never answered.

I tried one and it didn't feel comfortable. The one that you can change weights might be better for me.
